  • Business forms, contracts, and employment or HR documents that require notarization.

Book General Notary Visit

For general mobile notarizations, we focus on making the visit quick and calm: we verify IDs, confirm understanding of the documents, complete the notarial certificates correctly, and leave you with copies or scans if requested. For more about estate planning documents, see our estate planning notary page.

Hospital & care-facility notarizations

Bedside notarizations for patients, seniors, and families

We regularly visit hospitals, rehab centers, nursing homes, and hospice facilities when a patient needs documents signed but cannot travel.

  • Hospital powers of attorney, advance health care directives, HIPAA releases, and related medical forms.
  • Last-minute estate planning documents for patients working with their attorney or family.
  • Documents for insurance, employment, or disability that require a notary at the bedside.
  • We coordinate with nurses or staff on arrival, confirm the patient is alert and willing to sign, and work quietly around medical equipment and schedules.
  • Extra time is built into hospital visits to allow for room changes, medical rounds, or brief delays.
Book Hospital / Facility Visit

Before a hospital or care-facility appointment, we ask a family member or attorney to send copies of the documents and confirm that the signer has valid ID and is able to understand what they are signing so there are no surprises on site. For detailed information, see our hospital and medical notary page.

Jail & detention notarizations

Coordinated notary visits to county jails and detention facilities

We help families and attorneys complete notarizations for people in custody at Los Angeles-area jails and detention centers, following each facility's visitor rules and scheduling procedures.

  • Inmate powers of attorney, consent forms, and affidavits requested by attorneys or family members.
  • Documents related to immigration, family law, or property that must be signed while the signer is in custody.
  • Jail marriage paperwork, child-care authorizations, and school enrollment forms.
  • We confirm the facility's rules in advance, including ID, allowable items, and visiting hours for outside notaries.
  • Travel, parking, security, and waiting time are factored into the quoted fee so you know the full cost up front.
  • Facilities served include Twin Towers, Men's Central Jail, Pitchess Detention Center, Century Regional, and Ventura County jails.
Book Jail / Detention Visit

For jail and detention appointments, it is especially important to send us copies of the documents and the inmate's booking information ahead of time so we can coordinate with facility staff and avoid rejected visits.

Real estate & loan signings

Mobile notary for purchase, refinance, HELOC, and seller packages

We work with escrow officers, lenders, and signing services to handle real estate and loan documents at your home, office, or another agreed-upon location.

  • Buyer and seller packages, refinance and HELOC signings, and stand-alone grant deeds or inter-family transfers.
  • Loan modification agreements and other lender forms that require notarized signatures.
  • We review the package ahead of time to estimate signing time and flag any missing notary certificates.
  • Evening and weekend appointments are often available to match escrow timelines and funding deadlines.

If you are an escrow officer or signing service, we can coordinate directly with you on printing, scan-backs, shipping labels, and any special signing instructions so your file closes smoothly.

Trusts, wills & estate documents

Mobile notary support for estate planning and family documents

We frequently assist attorneys and families with in-home signings for living trusts, wills, and related estate planning paperwork where multiple signatures and witnesses are required.

  • Revocable living trusts, wills, advance directives, and financial powers of attorney.
  • Trust transfer deeds, certification of trust documents, and other real-property related estate forms.
  • We can discuss witness needs in advance so everyone knows who must be present and what ID they need to bring.
  • Appointments can be scheduled at family homes, attorney offices, or care facilities to keep things as low-stress as possible for elders and relatives.
Book Trust & Estate Signing

Many estate signings involve sensitive family situations. We work patiently and professionally, verifying each signer's identity and willingness, and taking the time needed to complete every notarization correctly the first time. For more details, see our estate planning notary page.

Mobile notary FAQ

Questions about mobile notarization

What ID do I need for a mobile notary visit?

Each signer must have valid, government-issued photo ID such as a driver's license, state ID, passport, or other accepted document. If someone's ID is expired or unavailable, let us know in advance so we can discuss options before scheduling.

Can you provide witnesses for my signing?

Some documents require one or more witnesses. In many cases you can provide your own witnesses; for an additional fee we may be able to help arrange witnesses depending on timing and location. We will confirm the requirements before your appointment.

Do you draft legal documents or give legal advice?

No. As notaries we can verify identity, witness signatures, and complete notarial certificates, but we do not draft documents or provide legal advice. If you are unsure what to sign, we always recommend speaking with an attorney first.

How far in advance should I schedule?

Same-day and rush appointments are often available, especially for urgent hospital or jail visits, but booking in advance gives you the widest choice of times. Evenings, weekends, and holidays fill quickly, so it helps to contact us as soon as you know your deadline.

What areas do you cover?

We provide mobile notary services across Los Angeles County and frequently travel to parts of Orange and Ventura Counties. If your documents will later need an apostille or legalization for use abroad, we can connect your notary visit with our apostille & legalization services so everything is prepared correctly from the start.
