MOFA attestation is the final UAE government stamp that certifies the entire chain of authentication on your U.S. document — making it legally valid for use with UAE government entities, employers, banks, and courts. Without the MOFA stamp, your document is not recognized in the UAE.

UAE MOFA often accepts U.S. documents in English without a mandatory Arabic translation for the initial attestation, but individual UAE government entities (GDRFA, employers, schools) may require a certified Arabic translation afterward. Confirm with your UAE sponsor or PRO before submitting.
